Why we exist
Loyalty software has mostly been built for global chains or for English-speaking markets. Owners of a neighbourhood café, salon or car wash — in Riyadh or anywhere else — deserve tools that speak their language, respect their customers’ privacy and work on the phones everyone already carries.

What we believe
A loyalty program should be honest. Rewards should be easy to understand, customers should control their data, and owners should see clear numbers — not inflated promises. That is why every feature on our site carries a status label, and why we don’t show testimonials or statistics we don’t have yet.

Where we are
Walaora is in its launch phase. The core product — card builder, enrollment, staff tool, customer list and analytics — works today. Apple Wallet, Google Wallet and messaging channels are being connected as our provider accounts are approved.
