Billing terms
- Prices follow your country. They exclude VAT, which is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
- Prices are in Saudi riyals, Egyptian pounds, UAE dirhams, Kuwaiti dinars, Qatari riyals or Bahraini dinars in those countries, and in US dollars everywhere else; your bank converts them if needed.
- Annual billing is charged for 10 months instead of 12 — the saving shown is calculated from that, not rounded up.
- There is no automatic renewal: you pay each period yourself from Settings, and can stop at any time.
- Checkout uses your workspace’s country, set when you sign up and editable in Settings.
- Messaging costs (SMS, WhatsApp) are charged by the provider and are not included in plan prices.

Is there a free trial?
Trial terms are being finalised. Until then, you can explore the full product in the demo and the sample dashboard without paying.
Do you charge per customer?
Plans include a number of active cards. A card is active if it had any activity in the last 12 months. We’ll tell you before you reach the limit.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed securely by Fawaterak. You choose a plan in Settings and pay on Fawaterak’s page; the methods offered there depend on your country and card.
What happens if I exceed a limit?
Nothing stops working for your customers. We’ll notify you and suggest the right plan.
