Walaora uses the providers below to run the service. Each processes only the data needed for its task. We will update this page before adding a new provider.
Hosting
- BOX PXL, on servers operated by netcup GmbH — runs the application, its database, daily backups and the mail server that sends Walaora’s emails. Location: Vienna, Austria. All account and loyalty data.
Payments
- Fawaterak — processes plan payments. Receives the owner’s name and email and the invoice amount; card details are entered on Fawaterak’s page, never on Walaora.
Messaging
- WhatsApp (Meta) — only when a business links its own WhatsApp number in Settings: campaign and journey messages, with the customer’s mobile number and the message text, are sent through that WhatsApp account.
Digital wallets (when switched on)
- Apple Wallet and Google Wallet — only when a customer adds their card to a wallet: the program name, the customer’s name, balance and card code are sent to Apple or Google to show and update the pass. Not active yet.
Not used
Walaora does not use advertising networks, and no analytics provider is connected at the moment.
