How it works

Eight steps, two journeys, one card.

Here’s the full path — what you do as the owner, what your customer experiences, and what your staff do at the counter.

  1. 01Owner

    Create a loyalty program

Choose stamps, points, membership or a discount card and give it a name.

    Example

Nakheel Coffee creates a stamp card called “Coffee Club”.

  2. 02Owner

    Customise the card and rules

Add your logo and colours, set the goal, the reward, a welcome stamp and a cooldown.

    Example

8 stamps for a free drink, 1 welcome stamp, 2-hour cooldown.

  3. 03Walaora

Get your QR code and link

Walaora generates a printable QR code and a shareable link for the program.

    Example

    walaora.com/en/join/coffee-club — printed on a counter stand.

  4. 04Customer

    Customer joins

They scan, enter their name and mobile number, and choose whether to receive offers.

    Example

Sara scans while waiting for her order. It takes about 20 seconds.

  5. 05Customer

    Card saved to the phone

The card opens on the phone and can be added to the home screen. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes are coming once our issuer accounts are approved.

    Example

    Sara’s card shows 1 of 8 stamps.

  6. 06Staff

    Staff verify and stamp

Staff search by card code or mobile number and tap to add a stamp or points.

    Example

On her next visit, the barista finds Sara’s card and adds a stamp.

  7. 07Walaora

    Progress updates, rewards unlock

Balances update immediately. When the goal is reached, the reward becomes available to redeem.

    Example

On the 8th stamp, “Reward ready” appears and the card starts a new round.

  8. 08Owner

    Review and improve

See enrollments, repeat visits and redemptions by branch, then adjust rewards or plan a campaign.

    Example

The owner sees that 40 members are one stamp away and drafts a reminder.
