Campaigns and automatic messages
Send WhatsApp messages to the right customers, now, later or automatically.
Steps

In Settings, link a WhatsApp number by scanning the QR code with that phone.

In Campaigns, write a message and pick an audience: close to a reward, inactive, birthday month, new, or a tag.
- 3
Send it now or schedule it; the audience count shows how many opted-in customers will receive it.

Turn on automatic journeys such as We miss you or Birthday to send them by themselves.
