Tags and importing customers
Group customers with tags and bring in members from paper cards or another system.
Steps
- 1
On a customer’s page, add up to 5 tags such as VIP or staff.

In the customer list, tick customers (or choose all matching) and add or remove a tag in one step.

To import, open Import customers from CSV, choose the program and upload the file; download the template for the columns.

An optional tags column adds tags, also to customers who are already members.
