Customers and privacy
Search members, record consent, export your data and delete a customer on request.
Steps

Open Customers to search by name, mobile number or card code, and filter by consent, program or tag.

On a customer’s page you see their cards, history and ratings, and can add private notes.

Record or withdraw marketing consent there; campaigns only ever reach customers who agreed.

Export the list as CSV, or delete a customer’s personal data when they ask (anonymous activity is kept for reports).
